My company currently provides hard money loans and equity based loans for commercial properties as well. If looking to purchase a property you must have 30% to put down. We also do equity based loans of up 70% LTV. All credit types accepted. Deals of all sizes accepted. We also work with multi family properties, but the property has to be non-owner occupied.
