Thanks Jim for your answer. I remember the contact
was one of the other RE guru who had a web site but
couldn’t remember which one. I searched several
but couldn’t find anything about starting clubs.
Guess I missed the part about email. Scott Britton
does seem to ring a bell. Thanks. I’ll send him
an email and see what he sends.

RE Clubs - Posted by Rich [FL/GA]

Some time ago there was a reference mentioned about
sources of information we could tap to help us start
a RE investment club. I have searched the local area
and haven’t discovered any. One RE lawyer I talked to
actually said he thought it’d be a great idea and
offered his small conference room as a start.

So, can someone point me to that material again please?
Thanks mucho…

I posted on this forum a couple of week ago asking about starting a RE investment club. One suggestion I got was to contact Scott Britton’s website at realestatesuccess.com. Email him and ask for his information on starting an investment club. It will give some idea and and a format if you want to use it.
My own personal post resulted in a few people from the central FL area who were interested in starting a RE club. I am trying to get everyone together sometime this week to meet and discuss what we want out of such a club.
Another suggestion is to make a special trip to check out the closest club to your area. This will give you the opportunity to personally see what others are doing and ask questions while you are there.
Hope this helps.
