Hey all been awhile since I have posted. The site is completely different and looks a lot better. I haven’t purchased any new properties in a few years and am getting back into the investment role. I was a buy/rehab/hold or sell guy in the past. I think I am going to get back in with wholesaling. Just figured I would pop in. Will be around!
