Investors who buy and resell (or “flip”) properties to retail buyers are the most affected because the shutdown is playing havoc with the loan origination process.

When buyers can’t get their loans funded, deals don’t close and real estate investors run into cash flow problems. It’s stressful and challenging if you’re stretched thin financially.

A big change is needed.

Like it or not, major government reform is needed. The bohemouth is too big and out of control. Waste fraud and mismanagement of taxpayer money is rampant.

It will stop one of these days, better to reform now so the government can continue to do what the constitution says it does best and not to be or provider. The alternative is a major meltdown, bankruptcy,

The federal government should be pared down and force the states to do their job. Local government works best.

Keep it shut down until we pass in a reasonable budget with major reductions in all areas(Limited reductions in defense, A constitutional required function)

Make the politicians get a real job to pay for their priviledge to represent us.

Or we could print money a give a million dollars to each person. Make everyone a millionaire. Pat Paulson for President.
