Hi. Sorry for posting here. My cousin had a recent audit in the office and they have some issues about environmental safety. She asked for my help to look for a good preventive action and corrective action (CAPA) software. I found a few online but I couldn’t say it’s reliable. Any users here who’s familiar?
In terms of audit management and prevention, I’m more familiar with an etq capa software that can allow improvements, plans and solutions for unexpected data problems. It can even provide safety compliance.

Have you had the chance to experience using other corrective action preventive software aside from the one you mentioned, though? Are these software worth the cost? Do you consider them as an investment as well? Aside from preventing further problems, what else can these kind of software do?
