Has anyone heard of these guys before? I was referred by my sister but she hasn’t used them before, they provide loans for real estate investors by providing soft loans, who knows anything about them? James Monroe Capital Corp Cheers…

My criteria for private money is:
a. does/can it PROVIDE the resources I need.
b. Is is at rates and terms I deem reasonable.
Seems as though everybody is lending money today. I get offers coming from many different states in the US, around the world and from almost every country you can think of.
Due to low interest rates, everyone is looking to capitalize on asset-backed loans. There is abundantly more capital out there than there are good deals.
It’s about who WILL come through for you. The cost of hard money is never going to compete with bank rates but it is much faster and easier to get.
Bottom line is if you’re making money regardless of the cost of money, go for it.
