Ive Been Seeing Alot Of Good Deals In My Market
Properties Are Listed For 100k
Rentals Are Going For $1500
I Plan On Just Buying Them & Renting Them Out With Hard Money (Make Them Cash Cows) That Have A Good Monthly Profit ,
Is It Possible To Find A Hard Money Lender Who Would Finance Multiple Properties , And How Much Would I Have To Put Out Of Pocket For Each property ?
Example- Buy Property / Rent It Out, Buy Another Property Rent It Out, Buy Another , Rent It , ETC , ETC , ETC
(Just Have A Bunch Of Cash Cow Properties)
