Here in FL, a land contract must go through a full foreclosure - just like a mortgage. So here it’s better to advertise owner finance.

Just curious if, anyone is using land contract wording in their marketing or ads as opposed to using the term lease option or rent-to-own? Have you had any success or have you noticed a difference? (I have some rentals that I would like to get occupied or sold. I am willing to do LC if the buyer has enough down if not, I am willing to do a lease option/rent-to-own.)
