Thanks for the reply. Looking at the original question I realise it was a loaded one.

Hi.
It looks like I’m about to sell a condo I’ve owned for 5 years and make $100,000 profit.
I’m wondering, what would be the the best route for me to make stable profitsin RE investing every month or 2? Would you use that money to invest in foreclosures or what?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I would start by investing in your education first. A few $$ in books (or free if you utulize your library) would give you some great ideas about your options.

Rob,
How about 10% down on a Million Dollar commercial or multi family…?
How about 5% on a 2M property…
What about using it as a Hard Money Lender?
What about using it to buy notes?
there are a plethora of ways, the risk is your decisions on what the reward is worth.

Hi I just a question on a couple of people who wanted to invest 20k each but have no idea on what. As in what is safe and what will earn them a good return. If you can give any kind of idea it will be greatly appreciated.
