I’m looking for a $1.3M hard money loan for 90 days for my client. Escrow is open on a portfolio of 54 properties to be purchased from a bank. The properties are spread over several
states, primarily Ohio and Michigan. The properties are all to be rehabbed and sold. A loan committment is in place for the rehab work, we need to get the escrow closed. Email me for more information.

I am a mortgage broker. If you don’t mind working with me I can provide a good quick source. They can do 70% LTV. They are not cheap.
