I am a mortgage broker. I get faxes from whole sell lenders every day. I have seen several companys offering 1 day even same day refi. AAA credit only. BC credit 6 months.

In discussions with a broker yesterday he indicated he had a 1 day seasoning re-fi program, and that for this particular lender it is the only prodcut they offer. Anyone have any experience in this area?
