We are seeking investors interested in a safe 10% return plus a % ownership in turning around undervalued mobile home parks. Should you know of other interested investors, I will pay you 5% of whatever the amount of funds you direct into our investments. We are seeking investments of $200,000 to $5,000,000. Self-direct IRAs are acceptable.
