Hi all,
I have a 10(9 2/1, 1 1/1) unit here in S. Jersey for sale. Here is the rundown 625k, all 10 units rented, 7k month income, 9k taxes/yr, and 4k insurance. The property next door to it sold for 2mil over 2 1/2 years ago. Can anyone help with financing on deal? I just started my company up with partner 4 months ago and am lookin for a lender. Any feedback would be helpful.

The deal itself for myself or someone else is what im bringing. James your question is kind of vague to me. What is it that a person is supposed to bring to a deal?
