I’d do it slowly, and mobiles might be the best way to go. Stick built doesn’t appreciate very quickly here (although there are some “spot” exceptions the past few years). It’s real cheap to develop raw land, too cheap to build another house, ppty taxes are outrageous and insurance is too.
Lots of folks are doing pretty well with Lonnie deals though.

Hello, If you had One hundred thousand to invest in Texas Real estate how would you do it? I posted this question in the mobile home section also, because I was just about to get started investing in Nebraska, now June 1st. I am moving to Texas, I have the Lonnie books for mobiles but now i’m not sure if mobiles or stick built is better?
