Linda, thankyou for responding. Why would a lender check out whether or not i had the 10% down? the selling price is the selling price, the 90% I’m looking for is the 90% I’m looking for. Where would the problem be. Remember, I paid for all the the maintenance work, I’m paying the insurance which is not even to my benefit really, I pay property/water tax I mean, Linda living here cost me much money, this is a very large piece of property, lots of work to keep it maintained. I have been a very dedicated watchkeeper. in those 2+ years I’ve never asked the owner for 5 cents, keeping up a house and grounds costs money… My money… Believe me Linda, this is not a free ride. From whatever way the 10% comes, I still have paid it out over my time spent here. I did a transaction like this before without any problem. Hear from you later Linda.
