RE: In 1999 I purchase the Carleton H. Sheets how to buy your first home or investment property with no down payment course, I’m pleas to say that it did change my life I purchase my first investment property in less than 1 Year.
For the last 10 years I have been trying to work and save money for my down payment and it’s just not real. So this is where it stops! Took the course quit my job and right now I’m Real Estate Investment Specialst.

I have went through the CS program and have a question about a technique.
If i found a home for $100,000 and put down a 20% down payment then took out a 100% equity loan to get my down payment back and get 100% fianancing(there are loan companies in my area that will do this type of equity loan)
would this technique work repeatedly??
