I was wondering if it is possible to get 100% financing for a 3 unit, non-owner occupied? Any combination, 80/20,etc. Has anyone ever personally been able to get this financing?
My fico is around 680, and I’m in PA.

Yes, Bob.
100% financing is available for non owner occupied 1 to 4 units. 680 scores will get you in.

Bob- You can go up to 4 units. This is not however for a rehab project. thats another story.

Current market offers for a 80/20 combo
80% @ 6.375% - 7.125% fixed 30 yr interest only option available
20% @ 9.3% - 12.5% fixed
seller can pay up to 2%
I’ve done many of these. have refs available.
