Follow and do what it tells you to do and depending on how much time you can spare sitting in front of your computer to read everything, you can be well on your way within the next week or two with a very good understanding of what you need to do and how to go about doing it!

Ok I’m brand new in the idea of real estate investing. Determined this is where my destiny lies but I have no idea where to start. Recently bought a huge number of books. I am going to an invester’s conference. Does anyone have any advice on how to get started investing in real estate with next to no (or none at all) money down? I can do many of the fix-up projects myself. This boy could seriously use a Mentor for the first few deals especially if they involve a flip. I need help but I am willing to work hard if someone is able to help me.
