If you do a 1031 exchange, the profits can’t be “distributed”, they have to be reinvested in real estate.
If you meant something else, please clarify…

I have an LLC selling a property at which time the LLC will then dissolve and profits will be distributed to the individual members of the LLC. Can each member do a 1031 exchange individually or do we lose the right to do an exchange once the LLC is dissolved?
