Hi everyone, I would like to ask for a recommendation for a 1031 Exchange Intermediary with reasonable fees.

Last year when I was doing some research, I found a great company with Dallas offices and their staff was very helpful in providing info. If I would do the sale and the subsequent purchase from them, their fee was lowered to under $600 for both transactions. However, my computer crashed since then and I lost all my emails and bookmark info and I can’t remember their name!

Any help and ideas would be really appreciated.
