I’m looking for a 10k hardmoney loan to be used for earnest money to secure a property valued at over 500k - 550k. It is a foreclosed property, redemption period has ended and it isnt listed on the market yet. I have contacted the agent representing the bank and have put a $275k offer to purchase, as is. The property needs some rehab mostly drywall.
