You don’t tell us what state you’re in or anything about you or your credit. You don’t even give us much information about the deal.

If you have good credit, you can use credit cards, Beneficial Finance, go to the bank for a personal loan, credit union, etc. Sorry Gene, not enough info,

Hi Ed,

I Just got into real estate after reading a few books, listening to many tapes and working with a few good friends and mentors already purchasing properties.

I just came accross my first great deal, but need at least 8k. 4k which I get back after 90days from the lease option on a brand new House I have lined up for Lease.

My availiable cash is tied up in my Internet Web Hosting Business.

Do you do small loans such as 10k ?

Within just one week I’ve already come accross three great deals… this first one will net $395 positive cash flow.

I’ve read your posts and like your comments and would like to do business with you. I’ll need at least 8k by Friday.

How do I proceed in moving forward
