Is there a Short Sale Course you’d recommend even if it cost you 1/2 of the profit of your first deal.
I’m looking for a short sale course that has created that kind of confidence,encouragement and direction in an investor. Also is there any basic reading material on short sale that you would suggest something on the less-expensive side for an equity-rich/cash poor investor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There’s a poster who calls himself,“TheShortSalePro” His address is in the archives. He offered to help me out on a short sale that didn’t come together in time to pull it off, so we didn’t quite work with each other, but he seems to have good experience. You may consider sending him an email to see if he’s in an instructing mode in lieu of a course.
