Hey Yall!
A quick intro bout me, I’m 18: and just finished reading all 3 of Robert K’s books, that Cashflow quadrant is destined to be a classic.
I’m now a bit weary about going off to University or College, I’ve already put some deals together. And soon I’ll be entering the ‘9199’ MLM deal. I’m a big fan of passive residual cash flow, oh yes, I also have shares of tech stocks that are on a rage right now.
Right now, looking into RE investing. Foreclosures etc.
Can anyone reccommend some good RE books, courses, seminars?
Are Foreclosures the real deal? or just a quick rich scheme?
