Where I am, you just call a title company and ask for customer service.
That’s the department that provides the kind of data you need.
Perhaps you are calling title companies that are too small?? It’s good
to be very clear about what you want. For example, all non-owner
occupied SFHs with mailing addresses out of state in a certain
range of parcel numbers or a certain zip, etc.

Hi I was wondering where other investors get absentee owner lists im having a hard time. I have tried several title companies even one ive did several closings with and they said they would not be able to provide that info. The tax assesors office said they could not get me that info until the end of the month. And list brokers seem to want way too much money. Please help.

Thanks,
Victor
