Find out who the owner is and present a offer (to buy)or get finac. in place to purchase (tho a partner?). You could do this by a owner search (taxes pay by whom?)or by a title search (use that title company to close).

This is my first deal. Need help!
I found a foreclosure or judjmt property that I’m interested in buying,The property have Tax lean, and
mortgage lean.
The property need some fixing about $5k, I check the area for pricing and the houses are going for about $160k. The Mtg. Balance is $104k and the total delinquent tax is $5,566.64. I found this information by a real estate agent friend of mind.
What will my next step will be, I have no idea of how to
begin in inquire this home. can someone help.
