Can you name some banks in your neck of the woods that
are doing Non-Owner Occupied 203(k) loans. I have
checked with 2 local banks and they are not doing
203(k)'s at all. There are plenty of Mortgage Companies
in my area doing 293(k) Owner Occupied only.

Hi, are you referring to the 203k loan? If so, are you planning to fix up the property?

Here are some tips if so.

  1. Minnimum repair amount is $5000.
  2. If you aren’t planning to occupy the property yourself you need to put 15% down.
