Hi everyone. I just had a call from my ad wanting to sell me his 4500sq foot home appraised $260,000 for his walk away from it price of $180,000 ( amount owed). He says renters aren’t paying and they can’t get nor assign current mortgage. I’m thinking of a lease option but don’t know if that is the wisest in this case. Please inundate me with all ideas ASAP, I’m looking at the property tommorrow and would like to have some concrete methods to go with. Thanks so much in advance. This is one great site!
