That’s a little like asking “What’s the best way to boil a fish?” 'Kind’ve elminates any answers that might involve baking, frying, drying, stewing, smoking or making Sushi or Sashimi.
There are lots of ways to make quick cash on real estate without flipping (and with them you you can continue to own and make more money on the property, even after you’ve made your quick cash).
