  1. Sign the CYA at the time of contract.

  2. Deed at closing or if no closing at time any money gets exchanged.

  3. Same time as deed.

  4. Costs to record will vary from area to area. Recording costs are usually a few dollars. What can be a killer is the transfer taxes. We pay $7 per thousand of the purchase price in Florida.

When do I have the seller sign over the deed?

When do I do all of the Land Trust paperwork?

How much does it usually cost to record a deed?
