Well, once again I had someone call with a three year old double wide that they don’t want. The only difference is this home comes with 13 lots, yes thirteen lots. It’s in a small town 12 miles from where I live. Some of the people that work here live in this town.
Man went through a divorce (yes it’s final) and doesn’t want anymore. When I talked to him I asked him about a Lease Option, he said that would be ok.
The bank owes two of the lots, he said that I could probably buy them for not much money and then I would own the whole block. smile Well, I’ve got to do my due dilengence.
I’ll finish the story when I have all the facts.

Dee you look to have a winner, a don’t wanter, an undeveloped pc of aset you can easily develope. Someday you will have all the money. Do your due and be on your way, sounds pretty interesting. Good luck!
