Terry or Lonnie are your best bet on these notes. If they aren’t interested, I’ll give you the names of some other investors in the NVA area. I have too much to do in my state right now to venture into other areas.

I’m interested in getting the seller to accept a partial offer on these notes. The one issue is that I am very green when it comes to paper, although Terry’s Cashing In course has been great for getting my gears moving.
Is there anyone out there interested in helping me with the offer and partnering on it? I want to sell these notes and watch the process, not keep them myself.
I am putting together a spreadsheet as I write this. Should have it available tomorrow.
I know that Terry offers to work these deals with his students, but I’m not sure how busy you/he is.
