I do not have an answer to your question. However, I am currently looking a purchasing 2 investment properties for $120,000, can you please tell me how did you manage to obtain financing without putting 20%? Would you mind telling how to contact your lender.

I am under contract to purchase a 4-plex for $ 110,000.
Last appraisal $ 140,000. I was finally able to obtain financing without putting 20% down. I am planning on renting to section 8 tenants. The place needs some rehab.
Are there any government grant programs to help rehab. this building. There must be some government program eager to help me out in this project. Help!!
