I am in the process of buying a property in NH. It needs about 6k in work. ARV would be approx 85k. I need a 60% ltv loan of 52k. Anyone know of any hard money lenders who could do this deal. I am looking for a long term loan, interest rate of 12-15%, term of 15 years or so (this can adjust)…
Any help is appreciated…I have another property that we are buying for about 40% of ARV,that I need a hard money lender and we can offer the same ltv and interest rates…
