Lots of lenders offer 40 yr amortization. Any good mortgage broker should be able to help you. If you don’t have a source give me a call 866-776-2915.

A 40 yr mortgage is just like a 30 yr. except it amortizes out over 40 years. The cost is about .125% above the 30 year.

It is a fannie mae based product so most conforming lenders offer them. A good mortgage broker should have a good 15 -20 lenders that have this loan product
