Anyone purchase a course by Paulie Sobol and Donna Fox called “6 Steps to 7 Figures” on obtaining large bank lines of credit? Looking for feedback on its value and content.
One of the things they suggest is they’ve figured out to get commercial lenders to fund their SFH deals.
Anyone?
