I’ve come across a property that I can buy and repair for about 50% under market value. The building can be bought for about $40,000 and estimate repairs around $20,000, the building should be worth around $120k or so. The building will gross annual rental of $39,600 not including laundry facilities in basement. Building is completely vacant because it needs some work, all non-structural. I have terrible credit and no money to inject, all I would have is the building itself. Please post with any assistance for 100% financing.
