Hello,

I have posted this information before but the lender I was working with dropped the ball.

The property just closed last week I bought it for 54K and put down 10%. It will appraise for 88K and would like to get an 80% cash out refi.

Scores are as follows experian 476 equifax 521 transunion 570. Let me know if you can do this deal.

Did you do any major repairs to the property that would warrant a higher appraised then purchased value? If not, MOST lenders will use your sales pricec as the value to go off of. If you did some major repairs, you can get 80%. Email me directly and I will help you find a lender in your state.
