Price: $9,000 1992 model mobile, 16 wide by 80 2 bedroom 2 bath. Previous owner commited sucide with gun in living room. must have new carpet. also needs minor work in one bath. estimate of repairs total $500. It is a really nice mobile, but will this bad history kill any future deal on this one? kind of leerie, and just don’t know. P.S. price is pay off. Thanks in advance

Richard,
This is pretty much a retail deal. For our purposes, a motivated seller (obviously lacking here) would dump this for a couple thousand.
With the high price and the appendant history, I’d pass on this one. Not much chance to profit and lots of opportunity to get burned.
