Biggest question, is the seller MOTIVATED" meaning do they NEED to sell now? If not move on.
Don’t look for houses. Look for motivated sellers. For 15K you should be able to buy 5 to 10 Lonnie Deal homes.

I have found a 95 16x80 in an extremely nice park. The home has a screened sunporch, and a carport. The only thing is, as you can guess, the asking price is $15,000. My first response is to pass on this one, but I thought I might run it by you and get some feed back. By the way I just got my copy of DOW and am very excited about what I have read so far. And yes I think I know what lonnie would say but I thought I would check. By the way the lot rent is only $125/mo. Thanks
