I have been interested in real estate investing for sometime now. My ex-husband is a real estate appraiser and he trained me very well over the years to understand the real estate and appraisal processes and procedures. I have purchased or borrowed just about every real estate investment program there is including Carrelton Sheets. I know that this can be done, I just can’t seem to get started. I have four children, no money and bad credit. I have contacted a lot of companies in my area that lend money to high credit risks and they also told me NO. The bad thing is that I only have $5,000 worth of debt. What can you suggest that I do to help myself become a successful investor?
It’s one thing to read real estate investing books but it’s a whole different ball game if you actually have someone that can show you the ropes.
