I just read your question and I happen to be reading Kessler’s “A fortune at your feet.”
I borowed it from the library today just to refresh my memory. I have been a full time real estate investor for about 25 years and still find good ideas in these books! Is there any questions you have about his material? What part of Texas are you from?
