An excellent collections program designed specifically for notes is “Notesmith” by John Moren. You can read more about it at www.notesmith.com.
It’s a very capable program and they are good people to deal with.

Help! I am working on a my 4th and 5th MH deal in about 2 months. My problem, How do you keep track of all this money going in and out? What kind of bookeeping system do you use? What kind of Corp. is best for Mobile Home Deals?
