There are many sites that will give you this info for free. Or you can check with your local realtor (part of your team rigth??)

First American Real Estate Solutions has a “pay per comp” option that is pretty good. $3.50 for a basic report and more $$ for more bells and whistles.
Dataquick has a similar program.
Use google to get there and then look around for a few minutes to find the right page. Have a c.c. ready.
Do make sure the properties are similar with a drive-by. A true 3/2 is is better than a faux 3/2 w/one of the bedrooms being a converted garage.
You might even want to badger a realtor that works the area.
