Using an entity in your home state is the way to go 99% of the time where tangible assets (like RE) are concerned. What state are you in?

A group of partners and I are about to close on a mixed use building. part commercial and part residential. We will need to take title in an LLC. I have heard alot about doing this with an Nevada corp. I need a lawyer who is familiar with all the ins and outs of setting up and operating this kind of corp. Please advise.
