Jay - sure it’s legal and it’s a good idea. It gets you both involved and dedicated to investing, and two heads are (sometimes!) better than one.

I have a question that may be a dumb question (but hey I’m a newbie so I’m allowed a few :slight_smile: My question is if my wife becomes a realtor (part time income for her and access to MLS for us) and I’m the only one that closes on a property as a real estate investor, would we be violating any laws? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
