  1. Open bank account
  2. Pay by cheque or debit card
  3. Keep every receipt you can get hand on - even from trash can.
  4. Hire accountant who will work for you

Any accountants out there that can help with business tax deductions. We recently formed our LLC (for rental properties) and are not sure what receipts we should be savings as potential tax deductions. Any help other than the IRS.

I would think you should keep any receipt relating to the property or the LLC. I can’t think of any that I would throw away.
