I currently live in Brisbane, but I’ve lived in Sydney twice as well as Perth, and I can tell you that the returns that are happening in the States can also happen here. I know because I’ve done it. If you are listening to the “experts”, expect 9-10% returns. If you are CREATIVE, the sky is the limit. Got a little house right now that the contract hasn’t even closed on (Tues.) and I’ve already got a buyer at twice what I paid.
