We have a long distance investor who has bought into a couple of our homes… You might consider partnering up with someone who has access to more affordable homes.

I’m in San Diego Ca…mobile homes I have found are well over $20K…how can I relate your Lonnie’s principals and methods? Would it be ‘wise’ to be an absentee owner in a more affordable location? thanks
