Find the local Houston RICH club. If you want information email me. You can learn a lot there.
Decide what you want to do thenfind a course that covers that area.
Is it L/O? Flips? Wholesale? Mobil Homes?
Read all you can on this site. Use the mentors here at at the local real estat investment club. At least give it a try.

I just received A.D. Kesslers’ book “A fortune at your feet”.
The company is touting a mentoring program. Has anyone on this board participated in the mentor program?
I’m a newbie just wanting to learn about real estate investment as a possible venture.
Any advice or comments would be appreciated.
